The player needs to go to the second annex of Shinjuku Medical Center, and they then need to go to B204F and approach the Cache Cube inside. If you are psychic and somehow managed to figure out exactly that a late game boss would appear in a specific room inside the game's tutorial area, congratulations. For the people who play this game that are actual human beings, however, they likely required Google. ;)

Answer: Legion

Legion are Level 49 enemies, by far the highest level help seen yet for these bosses. Unlike the prior two henchmen, the Legion enemies will alternate back and forth consistently between attacking the player's team and applying a Makakaja buff to Black Rider. They will do this buff even if Black Rider's Magical Attack is at its max, humorously enough.

Answer: Ice

The game has been mostly devoid of powerful Ice based Demons, so this is not likely to trouble players too, too much unless they've been going for an Ice oriented build on their main character, or just so happen to have levelled up a Mizuchi roughly thirty levels for some reason and are still using him.

Answer: Heavy

Like White Rider's Prominence, this will target random foes. Unlike Prominence, there is no 'catch all' alternative to Glacial Blast, leaving it without competition and making the move quite valuable.

Answer: Megidolaon

The player cannot possibly have anything on their team immune or even resistant to this move, so it's going to hurt a lot. This is especially the case should Black Rider's allied Legions buff him a few times with Makakaja. While Glacial Blast is threatening, this non-exclusive alternative really has a way of stealing the show in this fight.

Answer: Halve the HP of the target

This is a Curse type skill, meaning that Curse immune enemies naturally won't be damaged at all by it. However, because it deals fixed damage, being resistant or weak to Curse does not impact the damage this skill deals. This clearly makes it consistent, almost to a fault as this also makes it literally impossible to ever kill anything with the skill- an enemy with 1 HP will never take any damage at all if hit by it.

Answer: Dekaja

Because this fight will likely be long, and the player will not really be able to buff, the threat doesn't just come from Black Rider. It comes from his Legion henchmen, whose Mamudoon insta kill spells can now have a higher chance of hitting with the player unable to buff their Evasion.

Answer: 61

He sadly does not come with Megidolaon readily available, though Megidola will have to do for two levels.

Answer: Mana Surge

Mana Surge gives the user 30% extra MP. With Megidolaon costing 50 MP and Glacial Blast 35, the player should never, ever remove Mana Surge, ever.

Answer: Fairy

Sadly, many Fairy demons are either pitifully low levelled with useless skills, are physically oriented, or are Ice oriented and, predictably, are inferior to Black Rider. As such, he doesn't have much in the manner of useful skills he can get. If using Oberon, passing Makarakarn, Ziodyne or Tornado are niche possibilities, but they don't help Black Rider in any specific way beyond their niche properties.
