Plunder is shown to care only about money throughout the show. He doesn't care for the well-being of anything, unless of course he can profit off of it. The character was voiced by James Coburn in the first three seasons.

Nukem is a giant yellow behemoth, with the ability to shoot pollution blasts from his fists. It was never revealed how his radioactive mutation occurred. He was voiced in the later seasons by voice over specialist Maurice LaMarche.

Although there is a glitch at the end of the second part on Clashes Island that shows Greedily in the background. This episode only required 5 eco-villains because that's how many planeteers there are. 5 eco-villains=5 rings so someone had to be left out.

He has the ability to control the rat population with his mind. After Jeff Goldblum left the show, Maurice LaMarche took over the role, making him responsible for multiple bad guys on the show.

The shrinking was a cheap parlor trick made with a flash of bright light and the old switch-a-roo method. Sludge was actually dumping the trash into the volcano which ended up causing the fiery mountain to erupt towards the end of the episode. But of course Captain Planet saves the day.
