Sam and Dean discussed the painting of Michael with the priest. This episode from season 2 provided some fun hints for the future. The plot had people who believed an angel was telling them to kill bad people. It was actually the spirit of a murdered priest. Sam was willing to believe it was an angel until he was proven wrong. Dean did not have faith that it could be an angel. It is interesting to view this episode and then view the first couple episodes of season 4, when the brothers encounter an actual angel.
