In this cutscene, Lady is beside Arkham thinking that he's dead. Arkham then comes around. Arkham calls Lady, Mary. Lady seems surprise when he is not dead. Arkham asks Lady where is her mother. Lady replies that he killed her in anger. Arkham says that he was possessed by a devil named Vergil. Then, Arkham dies in Lady's hands.

After Temen-ni-gru rises, Lady is riding on her motorcycle saying that she found Temen-ni-gru. Then, three Vanguards sneak behind her back. She notices it and quickly burns her motorcycle setting the Vanguards on fire.

9. When Dante finally confronts Vergil, what is his response to his inquiry of "Why do you refuse to gain power?! The power of our father, Sparda?"

After the siblings' first confrontation, Vergil becomes seemingly annoyed that Dante doesn't seem to embrace their father's power as he does. Vergil then impales Dante with his own sword. This seems to happen a lot to him throughout this series.

Temen-ni-gru starts expanding and rotating causing some places to collapse or break and some places displaced. Arkham has an evil grin when he makes Temen-ni-gru grow. The pillar finally stops when its atop of Temen-ni-gru. Lady and Dante was watching the action take place. Lady uses her grappling gun from her 'Kalina Ann' and shoots up making her move upwards. Dante is left to hike to this even bigger tower alone.

You have to scale the walls in order to complete this mission, because there are no elevator platforms to take you to where the fragment is located. During the ambush, Dante asks Lady for her name. Lady replies that she has no name. Dante then calls her Lady. He jumps out of the ambush and leaves the place.
