"Pokemon" Weakness and Resistance 2 Quiz

Dewgong is a Water / Ice type. Fighting and Rock are both weaknesses of Ice, and Water doesn't have any resistance to them. Grass is a weakness of Water and all that's left is Steel, which does normal damage. (When one type of a Pokemon has weakness to something and the other has resistance to the same thing, they cancel out making the attack do regular damage: Aron is a Steel type which has resistance to Fire, but its secondary Rock type has resistance to Fire thus making Fire attacks do normal damage.)
