Jafar is the villain in Disney's 31st animated film, "Aladdin", released in 1992. As Royal Vizier, Jafar gave advice to the sultan, the ruler of the kingdom of Agrabah. Secretly though, Jafar hated his job because he wanted to rule the kingdom and the world. Jafar and his parrot Iago, viewed the sultan as incompetent. Aladdin was their ticket to the Cave of Wonders, where Jafar planned to use the genie in the lamp to gain three wishes to rule the world.

He did not plan on his plans trapping Aladdin in the cave with the genie, who would transform Aladdin into the hero who would ruin his take-over. Be careful what you wish for!

Ursula appeared as the villain in Disney's 28th animated film "The Little Mermaid" in 1989. Ursula is a half-woman half-octopus sea-witch that makes deals with the mermaid people. The "poor unfortunate souls" that cannot keep her harsh bargains are turned into writhing polyps and left in her garden.

When Ariel comes to Ursula for help to get legs, Ursula sees an opportunity to get get her ultimate revenge on King Triton for banishing her from the kingdom where she once had a lavish royal life. She lures Ariel with a bargain that she only requires her voice and Ariel to get a kiss from the price to make her love permanent.

However, to make sure Ariel does not succeed, Ursula poses as another girl with Ariel's voice and tries to steal the prince.

She knows King Triton will surrender his kingdom to save his little girl. She does not count on Ariel and the prince fighting back.

Hades is the Lord of the Underworld in Disney's 1997 animated film, "Hercules". Everything would have been simple for Hades if his blue and pink minions, Pain and Panic had not messed up the plans. When the fates tell Hades he will rule Mt. Olympus by releasing the Titans and fighting Zeus, Hades is ecstatic.

There was a warning to the tale, that if Hercules fights, Hades will fail. Hades quickly moves to kill the kid as a baby. Eighteen years later, he finds out Pain and Panic were scared off in killing "wonder boy", when Meg encounters Hercules on his mission to become a hero and please his father Zeus. Every attempt to kill Hercules fails and makes Hercules more popular with the crowds.

Hercules is discouraged when Zeus tells him he is not a hero yet. Hades finally realizes that the way to distract Hercules is his heart.

He makes a deal with Hercules that if he gives up his strength, he will protect Meg. Hercules agrees and Hades sets off to take over Mt. Olympus. He doesn't count on Meg trying to save Hercules and getting in a fatal accident.

His deal is broken, releasing Hercules' strength. After saving Mt. Olympus, Hercules makes a deal with Hades to give his own life to save Meg from the underworld.

Cruella de Vil is the main villain of Disney's 17th animated film "101 Dalmatians" in 1961. Anita and Roger have just been newly married, when Cruella pays a surprise visit. Roger refers to Anita's old college mate as the "devil woman" and isn't too thrilled with Cruella's obnoxious personality.

When Cruella offers to buy the Dalmation puppies to make herself a coat, Roger refuses making Cruella leave in a fury, vowing he will be sorry. Belle is more interested in her books than being a housewife. When Gaston find's out that Bell is in love with Beast, Gaston sees a monster. He doesn't realise that he is the true monster and riles the townspeople up with fake stories to kill another animal. He is angered when Beast doesn't fight back like the monster he expects. Beast only cares about his love and reunion with Belle. Gaston ends up falling off the castle balcony after stabbing Beast in the back.

Lady Tremaine was Cinderella's evil stepmother in the Disney's 12th animated film "Cinderella" (1950). Lady Tremaine is a cold bitter lady who envies Cinderella's charm and beauty. Her stepdaughters always argue and mistreat Cinderella, while Lady Tremaine maintains a calm, glaring demeanor.

"The Great Mouse Detective" was Disney's 26th animated film released in 1986. It was an animated story based on the books, "Basil of Baker Street" and "Sherlock Holmes". Professor Ratigan was based on Sherlock Holmes' nemesis, Professor James Moriarty.

In the story, Professor Ratigan is the "world's greatest criminal mind" and gang leader. He keeps trying to take over London, but his plans keep being messed up by the great mouse detective, Basil of Baker Street. Answer: The Evil Queen

"Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" was Disney's first animated feature film and was released in 1937. As Disney's first villain, the evil queen still is a classic. The American Film Institute honored the evil queen on their 2020 list as one of the top 10 movie villains of all time.

In the movie, the evil queen, also Snow White's stepmother, is determined to be the fairest in the land. When her magic mirror breaks the news that Snow White is the fairest of them all, the evil queen makes plans to kill her. Snow White runs away from the queen, into the woods to hide with the dwarfs. The queen disguises herself as an old woman and tempts Snow White into eating the poisoned apple. Snow White can only be revived from sleeping death by true love's kiss. Snow White's prince see's the princess sleeping and saves her.

Captain Hook has been sailing the seas since Disney released their 14th animated classic, "Peter Pan" in 1953. Hook has a brilliant mind but is surrounded by bumbling pirates such as his first mate Mr. Smee, who constantly fouls his plans up. He is also unable to fly like his nemesis, Peter Pan, who cut his hand off and fed it to the crocodile, Tic Toc. Every time Hook hears ticking he runs off and screams in fear.

Answer: Scar

Scar is the villain in Disney's 32nd animated classic, "The Lion King" (1994).
Scar doesn't have much of a chance to rule with his brother Mufasa as King of the Pridelands and little Simba next in line to the throne. To become king, Scar recruits the help of the banished hyenas to kill Mufasa. Instead of killing his nephew, he tells Simba to run away and never return. Scar turns out to be a poor leader and the pride land is left starving for food. In order to keep his power, he becomes a very forceful and cruel leader. Scar doesn't plan on Simba growing up and Rafiki convincing him to come back to reclaim the throne. Simba returns with his friends and takes his rightful place as king.
