The first Grand Slam champion (seven titles to 2003) to win Olympic gold, Andre Agassi beat Sergi Bruguera of Spain 6-2, 6-3, 6-1 in the final. Steffi Graf won the women's singles at Seoul in 1988, and was silver medallist four years later in Barcelona.
