The Riddler was stunned when Batgirl made her way into his hideout and threatened to bring him to justice. Just then, The Siren entered so The Riddler instructed her to give Batgirl a taste of one of her own dangerous musical notes. It did not work so Batgirl moved in to do battle with The Riddler, until he ordered his men to get her.

The Riddler then had Batgirl tossed into the special room where he had people brainwashed.

He, in turn, called up Wayne Manor via the Batphone but Alfred informed him that the Dynamic Duo were not at the residence. The police then used the batsignal to summon them for help.

The Siren was shocked that her hypnotizing voice was unable to do any harm to Batgirl so The Riddler said she needed to work on it. She remarked on how easy it was to get every man to fall under her spell with that note. The Riddler simply smiled at her ability to snag men.

Despite not knowing her, Commissioner Gordon allowed his secretary, Bonnie, to allow her to enter the office. It turned out that the person was actually The Siren, who delivered a high pitched note on him.
