Kathy was a passive aggressive roommate from hell- literally! OK, I cannot verify Kathy is from a hell dimension, but her true face did make me wonder. She informed Buffy that logging all calls would prevent confusion later, when their bill arrived. She then questioned her about using some milk, to which Buffy admits was for coffee.
Kathy may have acted nice, but it was so sickeningly sweet, it made Buffy's Spidey sense tingle.
