5.11 "Career Day" Trivia Quiz

The episode started at Highland High School since they were having their annual career day and Mr. Van Driessen spoke of it. He said that this would be an exciting opportunity for the students since they would be able to interact with working professionals. Butt-head asked if it would be on a test but Mr. Van Driessen assured him it was not for an exam.

Mr. Van Driessen continued to talk about career day and told his class that there was one benefit to the day. He brought up how they would be excused from school for an entire day to explore the opportunities that awaited them.

The boys went to see all the booths that were available at the Highland High School career day. One of them that they passed said "banking" on it and there was one booth that said "law" for students interested in pursuing a legal education. However, the boys were not interested in either of those two.

Beavis and Butt-head noticed a booth that said "publishing" so they decided to go over there to see what it had in store. Daria was also there as well when the gentleman running the booth asked if the boys were interested in the "printed page". Butt-head asked if he had any risqué pages but the gentleman said absolutely not.

Daria asked Beavis and Butt-head why they were not doing enough to explore a potential career for them so they looked puzzled. She explained that a career was something people explored after they were done with school. She advised them to pick something out so they could skip a day of school so they were thankful to her for her help.

They saw a booth that said "rent a guard security" with a law enforcement officer. Since they saw videos of customers throughout the mall, they wondered if there was a remote control to "change the channel". Beavis and Butt-head got out onto the mall floor to interact with some customers there. They saw one lady there and approached her since she looked very attractive to them. Butt-head told her that she should "assume the position" so the annoyed woman threatened to sue him if he laid a hand on her.

Beavis and Butt-head saw another beautiful woman so they asked her to step over by them for a minute so they could talk to her. They asked her if she paid for her merchandise so she said she did.
