Norm had spent the entire day at Cheers. When he had to leave he commented that 17 hours goes by really fast.
2. Who got picked for jury duty?

Answer: Diane

Not only did Diane get picked for jury duty, she was also made the foreman of the jury. She could not help but talk about the case, but did it in ways that she didn't directly say "This is what's happening in this case".
3. What team did Eddie Lebec play for?

Answer: Boston Bruins

The Boston Bruins are a part of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Hockey League. They became a team in 1924. Eddie Lebec was not a name of an actual Bruins player, he was just made up for the show.
4. What did Eddie drink before every game?

Answer: white club soda, no ice, two slices of lime and a red straw

Carla commented that he was superstitious but he denied it. We learn that both he and Carla are very superstitious people.

Carla was hoping they'd lose so she'd prove she wasn't a jinx. However, they're winning only proved to her and the others that she was a jinx. Eddie figured out why she dumped him and thought it wasn't fair he had to lose her because of his hockey playing. They end up finding away around it, and broke up right before every hockey game.

The man was accused of attempted murder. Diane thought his drink choice was ironic because of that.
