Silver was seen passing out flyers at school for her half-birthday party. She explained to Dixon that she always celebrates her half-birthday, because it reminds of her of her childhood, when being four *and a half* was meaningful.

Silver was having her party at the Hollywood Forever cemetery. The event featured a screening of the movie "Psycho". Dixon told Silver that he doesn't really like horror movies because they're stupid, and she insisted that he come over to her place and she would educate him about good horror movies.

The teacher assigned couples, and gave each of them one of those fake babies that all television high school kids have to take care of for a week. One of the lacrosse players started making a fuss about childcare being woman's work, so the teacher paired him up with Navid. Further, she made Navid the working parent, and the lacrosse player was to be the stay-at-home caregiver. Annie and Ethan also got paired up together.

The exchange of necklaces seems to be a tradition with the girls; when they switched, they commented that it had been a long time since they last did an exchange. Naomi said that she hoped doing the ritual would bring Adrianna good luck with her audition for the horror movie.

In the previous episode, a producer had offered Annie an audition for a horror movie, after seeing Annie perform in the school musical. Being the nice person that she is, Annie scored an audition for Adrianna as well. In "Hollywood Forever", we saw the two girls at the audition. Annie was doing a reasonably good job, but Adrianna was in the bathroom rehearsing, and totally messing up.

She decided she needed a little help from cocaine, and it seems that it worked, because she got the part.

Answer: Tracty wanted to hire an investigator to find their son.

With her impending divorce probably acting as a trigger, Tracy went to Harry and said that she wanted to hire a private investigator to find out what happened to the baby she gave up for adoption (that Harry fathered). Harry was unsure and talked it over with Debbie.

She said that she would support whatever he wanted to do and not to let her be a deciding factor. When he told Tracy that he didn't want to hire a PI just yet (he wanted to start by registering with the adoption agency, in case his son ever wanted to find him), Tracy said she already hired someone.

Answer: a lipstick case

Naomi saw the lipstick case in Adrianna's purse and got upset with her. Apparently the empty lipstick case used to be Naomi, from her drug experimentation days. It was revealed that both Naomi and Adrianna used to do cocaine, but Naomi thought they had both stopped.

Right after the confrontation where Naomi found the lipstick case in Adrianna's purse, police officers and drug dogs swarmed the school. Adrianna started freaking out, and Naomi took the drugs from her and tried to walk casually away. However, a police officer noticed her and followed her into the bathroom where she caught Naomi flushing the cocaine.

Answer: No

When Naomi learned that she could be in serious trouble for being arrested, she appealed to Adrianna to come clean and help her out. Adrianna agreed, but when she went to tell her mom about her drug use and ask for her help, she found that her mom had organized a small celebration about Adrianna's role in the movie.

She couldn't tell her after that. Naomi and her father were at his lawyer's office, impatiently waiting for Adrianna who never showed up. Naomi called Adrianna and left a very angry voicemail, saying that Adrianna was dead to her.

The scene then cut to Adrianna lying unconscious on the ground, surrounded by paramedics; she had evidently overdosed.

Answer: She was an informant.

At the Hollywood cemetery, Kim and Harry snuck off to discuss the drug situation at West Beverly High. Earlier in the episode, Kim had been seeing asking a couple of the kids if they knew where she could score 'party favours', and here she was reporting back to Harry.

The drug bust had taken place to make the kids think that the worst was over, and hopefully they would now let their guards down for awhile.
