Everyone was standing outside freezing because no one (who worked at Cheers) had a key. Norm came a long and apologized for being late and let everyone in.

Sam wondered why no one had unlocked the door yet and gone in. They told him they didn't have their keys. He said that he was counting on theirs. That is when Norm came.

Woody had never seen the home shopping channel before. When he did he was hooked instantly. He couldn't believe all the stuff he could buy.
