"Happy Days" aired Tuesdays on ABC. The network initially passed on the series but decided to pick it up based partly on the success of the "American Graffiti" motion picture which Ron Howard starred in.

Answer: Saturday

This line appears toward the end of the theme after "Thursday, Friday, happy days" and before "These days are ours, share them with me."
