I believe this was her first time on 'Friends' as Nora Tyler Bing, Chandler's mom. Helen Baxendale played Emily, one of Ross' ex wives. Kathleen Turner played Charles Bing, Chandler's dad. Christina Pickles played Ross and Monica's mother, Judy Geller.

2. Who kisses Chandler's mom?

Answer: Ross

He kisses her by the restrooms, after seeing Rachel and Paolo.

3. What book does Mrs. Bing talk about on Jay Leno?

Answer: 'Euphoria Unbound'

Jay Leno announces that she will be talking about her new book, 'Euphoria Unbound'.
