Manta advanced from the heat after a series of miscues by the other robots. Chaos 2 drove itself into the pit, Mastiff couldn't self-right, and Ansgar was counted out.

Drillzilla joined compatriots Manta in the semifinals after easily beating Whirlpool 70, whose weak weapons had no chance, and they helped Firestorm upend Neat Machine. However, because Drillzilla and Firestorm were still mobile after cease was called, the judges had to decide who advanced. Drillzilla, having been the more aggressive robot, went on.

Answer: Razer (UK)

Razer dominated Heat 3, easily finishing off Diotoir and Flensburger Power. The Revolutionist tried to attack Razer, but the vicious crushing beak was too much, and the judges sent Razer on to its second straight semifinal appearance.

Answer: Tornado (UK)

Yeborobo didn't even move when the robots went at it, and were counted out immediately. Panzer Mk. II tried its best to send Tornado back to the pits, but their attempt was cut short by Philliper, who tipped the mighty tank-like robot over. Tornado and Philliper battled until cease was called, and Tornado advanced via the third judges' decision of the competition.

The first semifinal matched the USA's Manta and Drillzilla. Drillzilla took advantage of Manta's slower movement, and pushed them into the pit. Razer and Tornado squared off in the other semifinal.

Razer completely dominated rivals Tornado to reach their second World Championship final, ripping apart the box-like Tornado's tires and carrying them around the arena, before finally dropping them in the pit. Drillzilla had already eliminated Manta in the first semifinal.

Razer won an evenly-matched affair with the surprising Drillzilla, in which the two fought to a standstill when cease was called. As both robots were still mobile when the fight ended, the battle would be decided by the judges. When the final call was made, Razer were named the winners, claiming their second straight World Championship trophy.

Sgt. Bash teamed up with Sir Kill-a-lot four times during the competition.

Answer: Dead Metal

Dead Metal only appeared during Heat 4 of the eliminators.

Answer: Shunt

Shunt was the only House Robot not to be included in one of the battles. The other three all appeared at least once during the competition (Sgt. Bash-5 times; Matilda-2 times; Dead Metal-1 time).
