"Third Watch" was voted the number one show cancelled before its time.

2. Officer Boscorelli's squad car was stolen in season one. He assumed it was Sully, it wasn't. Who stole/took the car?

Answer: Rick

Rick is a mentally disabled guy who hung around the neighborhood and thought he was a cop. He became fond of Bosco so he took his car to be a "cop". Boscorelli got into trouble prior to this in the same episode because he got caught on tape having sex in his squad car, unknown to everyone, other then Faith; the girl he was with was his captain's 19 year old daughter.
