Yoda is the Jedi master who taught Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker in "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return Of The Jedi". Of course, Spike was really sired by Drusilla, but Angel had sired Dru, making him Spike's grandsire.
