1. Who said "Hey, that's Cloud's line! It's too dangerous...I can't let you get involved...Blah, blah..."?

Answer: Aeris

She says this after running in and interrupting the conversation in the Town Hall in Old North Corel, now the desert prison. You see many residents of Old North Corel in here in Barret's flashback later on.

2. Who said "Yeah. We're already involved in this."?

Answer: Tifa

Tifa says this right after Aeris interrupts. Tifa was the first one to meet Barret, and she understands him better.

He is shot almost immediately afterwards by the soldiers. They then started shooting at Barret and Dyne, but missed every shot except the ones that hit their arms (Barret's right arm, Dyne's left).

Cloud, Tifa, and Aeris weren't in the flashback at all, so it couldn't have been them. Pretty soon after he says this, they both (Barret and Dyne) get shot in the arm. Barret had been holding on to Dyne, saving him from falling off the cliff, when he got shot. After getting shot, he lost his grip and Dyne fell.

7. Who said "Kyaa haa, ha!!"?

Scarlet always laughs like that. Later on in the game, Cait Sith refers to Heidegger and her as 'Gya ha ha and Kya ha ha'.

If you talk to him before you leave to fight Dyne, then he will say this. Of course, you don't have to talk to him to switch people. You can talk to Tifa, Aeris, Yuffie (if you have her), or Cait Sith instead.

Cait Sith says this if you talk to him to switch people. He is a fortune-telling machine after all, as well as a spy for the Shinra.
