The first time you make it to the Chocobo Ranch you must speak to the Chocobo in front of you and say wark and then the Chocobo Dance and you get the Choco/Mog summon.

2. Who rewards you with the summon Shiva?

Answer: Priscilla

As soon as you defeat Bottomswell and save Priscilla's life by doing CPR she'll give you Shiva after you sleep in her home.

3. How do you get Bahamut?

Answer: You fight a Red Dragon

When you enter the Temple of the Ancients you will come to a room with symbols of Meteor on it and meet Sephiroth and after he leaves you fight Red Dragon and when it dies you earn the summon Bahamut.

4. Which summon has the attack Terra Flare?

Answer: Bahamut Zero

You can get the Bahmut Zero as soon as you return to Cosmo Canyon after completing part two of Rocket Town and defeating Rude for the second to last time. When you return to Cosmo Canyon make sure you have all the Huge Materia and examine the blue Huge Materia to get Bahamut Zero who uses a devastating attack called Terra Flare which is outstanding to see.

To get to the summon Alexander you need to go to Great Glacier and put your hands on a hot pool and then you speak to an old lady who shows her true form as the monster Snow and you need to defeat her and then you get Alexander.
