From the very first cutscene it is made clear that Brian Jeremy is extremely loyal to Billy Grey, even to the point of following his unruly and sadistic rituals. This is experienced throughout when Brian constantly defends Billy, and backs him up during arguments. When Billy is arrested, Brian even turns on Johnny, creating a whole new faction after blaming his arrest on Johnny.

Answer: Revenant

In the mission "Clean and Serene" Billy and some Lost MC members jump and kill a few Angels of Death in order to get Billy's bike back. When Billy gets on his bike, it is revealed to be a Revenant.

Answer: Sawn-off Shotgun

During the mission "Clean and Serene" when attacking the Angels of Death to retrieve Billy's bike, Johnny is automatically equipped with a Sawn-off Shotgun. Although when riding around, pressing the aim button will cause Johnny to un-holster his Sawn-off before the fight at the scrap yard.

Johnny's Hexer is a special bike in "Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and Damned", the game states after the first mission that it's a "one-of-a-kind with a 2032cc twin cam engine coupled to a six-speed transmission with a chain final drive." It was built by Terry Thorpe and Angus Martin before the events of the storyline, and a new one can be delivered by Clay if the original motorcycle is lost or destroyed.

Angus is crippled from the waste down before the events of "The Lost and Damned" by an accident apparently caused by Billy Grey. During a conversation between Johnny and Billy, the subject of Angus' handicap is brought up and Billy quickly and angrily dismisses the conversation.

Brian Jeremy states to Johnny and Jim after the mission "This S--t's Cursed" that he knows Johnny has been talking to the feds and calling his phone because they did the same to him.

Jason Michaels was fooling around with Mikhail Faustin's daughter Anna. Although Mikhail Faustin ordered the death of Jason, he assigned Niko Bellic as the hit-man. Therefore Niko killed Jason (and a few other unnamed Lost MC bikers.)

Clay Simmons is the Road Captain of the Lost MC; this is stated during the opening credits. When Johnny needs a bike, he can call Clay, request a certain kind, and Clay will personally deliver the bike.

Jason Michaels was murdered, Billy Grey was arrested, and Brian Jeremy split from the Alderney Faction creating his own (later to be killed anyway). However during the 'Gang Wars' mini-game and races other Lost MC members join. It is unclear which faction these members represent.
