1. What button do you use to jump?

Answer: A and Y

The A button is used for jumping and flying. It is also used while swimming in order to determine the direction that you swim in. The Y button does the same thing that the A button does.

2. What do the L button and the R button do?

Answer: Block

When you block, you prevent most damage, except for throw attacks. You also will cause damage to any enemies that directly touch you.

3. What button do you use to inhale and spit out enemies?

Answer: B

If you do not have an ability, you can inhale enemies, items, and blocks by using the B button. If you press the B button again, you can spit it out and either destroy other enemies, hurt bosses, and destroy blocks.

4. When you have an ability, but no helper, what does pressing X do?

Answer: create a helper

If you press the X button with an ability equipped, you can create a helper who uses the same ability that you had. For example, if you had the Beam ability, you can create a Waddle Doo helper by pressing the X button.

5. How many abilities are you able to use in "Metaknightmare Ultra"

Answer: Four

There are four abilities in "Metaknightmare Ultra", and each does something different. "Knight Call" summons a Blade Knight helper for the cost of two points. "Meta Speed" increases you speed for the cost of eight points. "Heal" recovers full health for both you and your helper for the cost of ten points. "Meta Tornado" damages all enemies on-screen for the cost of thirty points. You get points for each enemy you kill, and you can have a maximum of fifty at one time.

6. If you have a helper and no ability, what does the X button do?

Answer: Turns the helper into an ability item

When you press X and you have a helper, but no ability, you will shoot out a normal beam. If this touches your partner, he will turn into an ability item, which you can swallow to get that ability.

7. What does double-tapping left or right do?

Answer: Dash

When you dash, you run faster than normal, but you don't move as fast as you would with some abilities. Using dash and B, you can use a different attack for the ability.

8. How do you open treasure chests in "The Great Cave Offensive"?

Answer: Press Up

There are sixty treasures total in this game, and each one is worth a different amount of gold. Most of the treasures are from different games, such as the Triforce and Captain Falcon's helmet.

9. If you have an ability and a helper, what does X do?

Answer: create an ability item

If the helper touches the ability item, their ability will change to that of the ability that you had. The ability item will disappear after a short period of time, leaving you without an ability.

10. What button do you press in order to get rid of an ability without creating a helper?

Answer: Select

When you press select, you will lose your ability, and it will turn into a star. This star bounces around the screen and disappears after a while. If you swallow the star, you regain the same ability that you had before you pressed the Select button.
