Rhydon, a Ground/Rock type, has a quadruple weakness to Water-type, as well as Grass-type move. Any Water-type or Grass-type would give the most damage (without the critical hit chance).

Houndoom has a complete immunity to Psychic-type moves (due to its Dark/Fire type). Any move other than Psychic-type can do at least some damage.
