Clank went missing at the end of 'Tools of Destruction' and was taken to the Great Clock by the Zoni. Orvus, the leader of the Zoni and Clank's father always referred to Clank as XJ-0461.

Answer: Chronoscepter

The Chronoscepter was a powerful scepter that could manipulate time. Clank could use it to fight enemies, fix time across the universe and fix broken equipment with a single swing.

When Ratchet catches up with him, Alister pins him up against a wall; then realises that he is the son of his best friend.

The Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler is a machine that Nefarious used to attack the Zoni. While the HBS is attacking the zoni, it destroys all the lights and the room blackens. When the back up lights power up, Nefarious realises that Clank is missing.

Sigmund is the junior caretaker at the Great Clock. He used to be a cleaner bot on planet Viceron until he was picked by Orvis to be a caretaker of the Great Clock.

Alister is shocked that Ratchet doesn't want to save the Lombaxes and as Ratchet is walking away, Alister zaps him with his wrench. Clank races Alister to the Orvus Chamber and goes back in time 6 minutes to before Ratchet gets hit and Clank pushes him out of the way.

Answer: You fight Lord Vorselon again

Collecting all forty Zoni gives you access to Vorselons ship once more. You have one more battle with Lord Vorselon, who finally dies. After the battle, Ratchet says "Let's hope he stays dead this time."
