 Ripa, Kelly
October 2, 1970. Kelly Maria Ripa was born on October 2, 1970 in Stratford New Jersey. She is a Libra. Her father, Joe Ripa was a bus driver, and her mother Esther was a homemaker. Her family eventually moved to Berlin, New Jersey, where Kelly and her younger sister Linda, grew up.

On All My Children (1970). Kelly and Mark met on their soap opera "All My Children" (1970). On the show, Hayley Vaughan, Ripa's character, had a love affair with Mateo Santos, Mark's character. Ironically these two became real-life husband and wife, when they tied the knot in Vegas on May 1, 1996.

The Stand-In (1999). The "Stand-In" (1999), was Kelly's first film. It featured Ripa as an upwardly mobile law-school student who was dating an ambitious struggling actor. The "Stand-In" (1999) was written by Robbie Bryan, who was Ripa's childhood friend.
