I think the questioner means three high tides in 24 hours. The answer is "No."
Because the Earth rotates through two tidal "bulges" every lunar day, coastal areas experience two high and two low tides every 24 hours and 50 minutes. High tides occur 12 hours and 25 minutes apart.

I believe.it is possible to have three tides in a day as on average a tide happens every six hours thirteen minutes . Two high one low or vice versa in twenty-four hours is inevitable.

Assuming that the word tide is used to describe high tide, which is the way it is used at this link, then almost everywhere there are the expected two high tides in a day, at roughly 12-hour intervals. However, local geography can mean that local waters surge landwards because of the shape of the coast. The example given is Southampton, Portsmouth in the UK, where the water movement is funneled to produce two local high tides a cycle - one while the water is coming inwards towards mainland, one when it is actually moving out, but is channeled so as to move higher on the local shore. This gives 4, not 2.
