What spelling mistake appeared on Australian banknotes in 2018?

Oh my, it was irresponsible for the proofreader to miss that the last "i" was left out of the word "responsibility" for Australia's $50 note! So instead "responsibilty" was printed on 46 million notes not just once but multiple times on the bill. Ironically, it took almost 5 months for the error to be discovered as it was in microprint on the bill and required magnification aid to be discovered. I suppose maybe the proofreader could be forgiven after all?
