Wikipedia's list of primate populations estimates the number of Senegal bushbabies ("Galago senegalensis") at 107 million.

Chimpanzees ("Pan troglodytes") only rank sixth with an estimated population in the range 172,700-299,700.
This list is not comprehensive, as not all primates have had their numbers quantified.
