Carol Kay (b. 1935) is an American musician and bass guitarist. Her session work commenced in 1957, including for Phil Spector and Brian Wilson. Part of her work is film soundtracks (Quincy Jones and Lalo Schifrin) and she has written tutoring books for the bass guitar.
According to the New York Times, she played on 10,000 recording sessions.
