You wouldn't! It's out of this world, upon the International Space Station.

Astronaut Richard Garriott traveled to the International Space Station (ISS) in October of 2008. Whilst aboard, he created the geocache in locker #218 of the Russian Segment of the ISS. Included was a Travel Bug, with the wish that future geocachers would start the bug on it's way home, while leaving another.
