The number 101 is generally known as "one hundred and one" in British English and "one hundred one" in American English. How is it known in other English speaking regions such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa?

In the US I'd say that both are used interchangeably and depends on how the number is being used. There are various ways numbers are spoken here, such as the "The Four-Oh-Five Freeway" (405) or "Highway One-Oh-One"(101). Addresses are spoke as the OP states, "One-Oh-One (101) Maple St." or Thirty-Four Seventeen (3417) Circle Rd.". "Counting" items numbers are typically spoken as say "One-hundred and One"(101) gizmos or "a thousand and ten" (1010) gumaflachis.
