No. The last megafauna discovered was the saola (a forest-dwelling bovid in SE Asia) in 1993.

Omura's Whale (Balaenoptera omurai) was first described in 2003: An entirely unique, undisputed species of baleen whale growing up to 11.5 meters (38 feet) long. Genetic testing proved it is a completely distinct evolutionary lineage rather than a subspecies.

I have found another one: Rice's whale (Balaenoptera ricei)

also known as the Gulf of Mexico whale, is a species of baleen whale endemic to the northern Gulf of Mexico. Initially identified as a subpopulation of the Bryde's whale, genetic and skeletal studies found it to be a distinct species in 2021
