I found a site where you can search through the novel for keywords.

In chapter 18 it says there are 15 bells and Marie is the biggest and was Quasimodo's favourite, but I haven't found where it actually says which one caused his deafness. I'd imagine they all contributed.

I believe he called the 4 big bells Jacqueline, Gabrielle, Guillaume & Big Marie.
I'd suggest BIG Marie is favourite.
