This is the place to tell all of Fun Trivia what your weather is today or was yesterday. It doesn't have to be extreme, although extreme is...well, extreme, just tell us temp, precipitation, wind, lightning, hurricane, cyclone, monsoon, typhoon, tornado, flood, heat, cold, all of your weather related phenomena. Nothing is too mundane. We pray that it isn't too extreme, as in extremely dangerous!
I am a certified severe weather spotter here in SW Ohio. I would love to find out about weather around the FT World.

Thank you!

Cloudy and colder (lower 40s) today, yet still crisp and refreshing outside on the porch, sheltering in place.

The heavy rain and severe weather that was predicted for us last night, tracked north and missed us completely.

It didn't miss tonight. Many small tornadoes reported in the area. Heavy rain with lots of lightning, and high (70-80 mph) winds here.
Be safe!

Cut up the big tree branch that we lost the other night due to the storm, made lots of firewood for somebody.

Heavy storms rolled through here late last night, they were a continuation of the tornadic storms that hit Mississippi earlier in the day.
Be safe!

You are so right about last Sunday's weather in Mississippi; we got bad thunderstorms here in northwest MS, but the rest of the state got hammered big time. All those poor people with this to contend with on top of the lockdown. Apparently, it was the largest (and longest) tornado in MS history. Just looked at the weather reports online, and looks like a repeat of last weekend will be visiting us this weekend as well. Keep our state in your thoughts and stay well, all of you!

Looks like severe thunderstorms headed our way tonight. Seems like we've been hammered at least once a week throughout the month of April, and starting out the same way in May. Went to the school today to pack up our belongings so they can come in and do the floors. We are doing this in small groups and everything was so deserted and eerie - the masks and gloves only added to the atmosphere. We still don't know whether we will start in July, August, or September. I do know we will have record numbers of kids in the building, and how we're going to "social distance" is going to be interesting. Mark, how has your "shelter in place" time gone? Take care,

Anne
