We've relaxed in Vancouver for a month, but it's time to leave Canada and head south across the border to Seattle, Washington. This Pacific Northwest U.S. city is perhaps best known for the Space Needle but it's also the home of several industry leaders (Amazon! Nintendo! Starbucks!) and was the home of the grunge movement in music and style. Maybe you're interested in Boeing aircraft or the Puget Sound or the TV show "The Killing" or situations where you might be sleepless here. All of these might be the ideal starting points for your quiz. Reply #101. Sep 22 18, 8:28 AM |

'A Vancouver Who's Who' has headed off to the queue. I'm very late to the party - it's my first contribution to any of the Globetrot challenges. Reply #102. Sep 23 18, 2:10 AM |

And I've submitted 'Timeless from Seattle', also to People, but taking a different approach from L_T, I think. Reply #108. Oct 04 18, 8:22 AM |

Alrighty-- the flight has finally been booked and it's time to cross the U.S. and touch down in Florida. I hope you brought bug spray; it's time to visit Everglades National Park in South Florida. The wetlands here are one of the most diverse ecosystems in the Continental United States and, just outside of Miami, stretching across vast portions of the state, it makes the perfect place to frame a quiz. You could take any aspect-- its wildlife, its ecology, the preservation efforts therein, the surrounding area...you could even write our much needed quiz about airboats. Reply #111. I am now doing some research for that "much needed quiz about airboats". As I know next to nothing about them (but remember seeing them in a TV show from the early 1960s, as well as a Simpsons episode), this will take a while. Reply #112. Oct 06 18, 11:27 PM |

This may be tenuous, but I've been thinking of questions based around limes/the word "lime" - can I submit "Key Lime Questions" under The Everglades, Florida? Reply #116. Oct 15 18, 3:02 PM |

Excellent! With these new additions we can finally afford our final trip to the last destination of this tour. We're heading back to Mexico! The whole country is up for grabs, and while we just focused on a single site for our first destination way back in July, you can focus on any aspect of this great nation this time around.
