This Absent Friend is back, for now. I just cannot get well, but I'm trying like mad. Michelle, if you truly want to keep your father's legacy alive, taking over his account is not the way to do it. Since you have access to his password, maybe change his Comments section to a fitting tribute? His account won't disappear. But taking it over sets a bad precedent, and it's against site policy, as well. And since you posted in here and in the Supernatural Blog, I'll post this there, as well. Reply #101. I like that idea of putting a memorial up under his name. It's a respectful move. Reply #102. Nov 02 18, 11:24 AM |

Michelle, I've sent you a note about your father's account. Please check the Mailbox - there's a link at the top right of the screen. flopsy FT Administrator Reply #104. Nov 05 18, 11:35 AM |

Go to the Supernatural page and check out my idea. It should be a good compromise....that is if all this mess true or just a bad joke. Reply #105. Nov 08 18, 9:56 PM |

It appears that mpkitty has passed away. Mike is reporting that he got a message on Facebook from Stephanie's granddaughter. Reply #107. Nov 18 18, 2:26 PM |

I became friends with her shortly after I became a member early last year. She probably knew about her health all that time, and yet she was always upbeat and positive about everything. Reply #110. Nov 20 18, 11:24 PM |

I was a friend of Stephanie as well. Tried sending a message to her teammates but never got a reply. Maybe we are not supposed to do that but I would like to know. Like Kev said, she never let on that she was ill or had problems. We may never meet each other but we do create special bonds nonetheless. Reply #112. Nov 27 18, 11:10 AM |

It's horribly tragic that one day you can be chatting with people and the next day... never hear from them again. I'm really sorry nobody seems to know what happened. Reply #113. Nov 27 18, 1:45 PM |

Does anyone remember Jazzme? She had blogs about her multiple personalities. Anyone know what happened? Reply #114. Jun 16 19, 12:03 AM |

Jazmee's blogs were removed by the administrators, I seem to remember. Just before they disappeared, someone commenting on the blogs raised the issue of their suitability if children saw them as they were getting very dark in references to children.. Reply #115. Jun 16 19, 2:35 AM |

The user name is Jazmee27. I pulled up her profile and it says she was last seen February 27. Mix is correct. Her blogs (the active one and all the inactive ones as well) were all deleted at once apparently after complaints. That was a few weeks before February 27, however, so she continued to play on FT for awhile after her blogs were deleted. I have no further information, but her profile is still up. Reply #116. Sometimes people have a way of mysteriously disappearing on FT. Even more interestingly (at least to me), they sometimes also have a way of mysteriously reappearing weeks, months, or sometimes even years later with some very, very thin explanations of where they were. Does it matter where they were, and what their explanation is? I've had team members reappear after several years, and they are always welcome, regardless of the 'quality' of the explanation. Reply #118. Jun 16 19, 8:59 AM |

I'm not referring to one of my teammates. Some very strange things have happened here on FT, and, particularly with certain individuals, I think it is absolutely reasonable to be suspicious. We have had individuals assume other player's usernames. I don't want to have to cite chapter and verse here, but I can if necessary. If I were to "disappear" and then years later suddenly "reappear", I would hope someone would ask "me" about what happened, preferably a teammate. Deutero-Isaiah is not Isaiah. Reply #119.
