Barney is able to do all of the things in the Murtaugh List... except for beer bong and admits defeat. But Ted realises that it was stupid and went TPing the laser tag place anyway. He realised that Murtaugh's catchphrase 'I'm too old for that stuff...' is stupid and destroys the list. Difficulty: Hard.

They met in the men's room at MacLaren's Pub. Barney made up a story about a deaf brother, which Ted believed, planning to use it on a girl. 15 minutes later, Barney goes over to Ted and gets him to pretend to be his deaf brother in front of a girl named Audrey. Ted says to Audrey (in sign language) that Barney is lying, and tells her to give him a fake phone number, although Barney did not realise this for several years (as he did not speak sign language). Difficulty: Hard.

Barney's father was Jerome Whittaker and his mother was Loretta Stinson. "Barnito Supreme" was also one of his nicknames. Somehow I don't think it was an accident his initials were BS. Difficulty: Hard.

With the knowledge that Ted would disfavor her inclination to modern weaponry and ammunition upon moving in her apartment, Robin decided to unsubscribe to "Guns & Ammo". But, as the bargain came to her for the special phone, she did a double take.

This episode is about Barney trying to keep Ted from over thinking. He forces him to drink five shots that Carl the bartender gives the group for free. Ted ends up dancing on a table and getting a girl home. He is hoping for Robin and gets a girl named Trudy instead. She reappears again in season three, 'The Third Wheel'. It's unsure if he hooks up with her and her friend though. Difficulty: Hard.

When Kevin stated that the only unhealthy behaviour he hadn't seen from them was physical violence, the gang remember 11 scenes of them using violence on each other. There were 13 acts of violence, although 3 were in just one scene of Barney slapping Marshall. Difficulty: Hard.

In this episode, Ted gets pretty hammered off of Carl's made up shots called Red Dragons. He ends up forgetting everything he did like calling Robin a bunch of times and acting like a fool, falling off a table he was standing and singing on and spraining his ankle, and sleeping with a chick he brought home named Trudy. Seems like a great night to me! Difficulty: Hard.

This song is from season 5, episode 12 and was released as a single by Neil Patrick Harris and the cast. It reached number 50 on the UK singles chart. Difficulty: Hard.

During this play he tortures Lily using the word moist over and over, and squirting Lily with a water gun. Difficulty: Hard.

 

'Robot Love', 'Barneys Legendary Play', 'Suit Up!'

In "The Pineapple Incident", Ted awakes having no recollection of his experiences from the previous night. His only clue is a pineapple on his night stand. Difficulty: Very Easy.

After his breakup with Lily, Marshall moped around his apartment feeling horribly depressed for 67 days before finally getting up to make a batch of pancakes, which, according to Ted, were disgusting. Difficulty: Hard.

Neil Patrick Harris's most prominent role was as Doogie Howser in "Doogie Howser: M.D." He played as a 14 year old boy genius who becomes the youngest licensed doctor in America. Difficulty: Very Easy.

Ted was very worried about the arrival of his sister as she was known to be a little irresponsible. He was doing his best to keep Barney away from her because Barney really wanted to sleep with Heather. Difficulty: Easy.

Ted wears the same costume in the hopes of reuniting with the 'Slutty Pumpkin', whose phone number he got at a Halloween party four years ago then lost. Difficulty: Average.

After finally "getting over" his breakup with Robin, Ted meets Amy at McLaren's Pub. He eventually passes out and can't remember anything from the night before. Ted wakes up the next morning and his friends notice the tattoo, or "tramp stamp", before he does. Difficulty: Very Easy.

Ellen tried to give Ted back his money as she had a 100% success rate until he came along. She refused Barney right away because.. well.. he's Barney. Megan Mullally also guest stars later in the series as the voice of Barney's mother. Difficulty: Hard.

In this episode, aptly titled "The Pineapple Incident," Ted (Josh Radnor) drank five shots and then picked up Trudy (Danica McKeller) at the bar. It was never explained where the pineapple came from, but Trudy returned for one episode in season three. Difficulty: Easy.

This happened in the pilot episode. Marshall was so excited that Lily had said yes that when he tried to open the stubborn cork on the champagne bottle, which he inadvertently had pointed in her direction; the cork finally came out and hit Lily in the eye. Each episode opens in the future with a father explaining to his teenage children how he met their mother. The show then flashes back to the present. Difficulty: Average.

Barney's last challenge is to do the split mid air. It is shown in the future. The others are done but not as challenges, they are only admitted by Barney himself. And 'cheer up Robin' is done in the last season when he is going to get married to her. Difficulty: Hard.

Robin caught Ted in his somehow awkward enactment of the last scene of "Sleepless in Seattle" (1993), through which the latter remade it with miniature dolls on the top of his scale model of the Empire State Building. The actual dialogue from the movie proceeds to the line "You're Annie?"

"How long have you been out here?" "Ten seconds." "Yeah, just the last scene..." Difficulty: Hard.

"True story". He said this to Ted and Robin in regards to Marshall being sad. Difficulty: Easy.

Kazu Nagahama starred as Shin-Ya, who was called by Ted to pose as Robin during the role-playing exercises as part of Barney's learning more about Robin while having a relationship with her. Ted lamented for him having little capacity in speaking English. Difficulty: Hard.

 

Junichi Ukeda, Yuya Takaki, Hiroki Uchi

Ted's plan to dye his hair blonde is a reference to Barney's original hair that he has to conceal in his motives to pick up foreign chicks from the United Nations headquarters in a cab he disguises to drive. Knowing that the taxi cab driver is actually Barney and not Barney's doppelganger, Marshall feels disappointed since he has a deal with his wife Lily that they would start a family only at the time that they find that doppelganger. Difficulty: Hard.

 

"No wonder the sky has gone pregnant!", "God, what is really happening now?!", "Oh, just sell my soul to the devil!"

Lily had left that summer for an art internship in California. This made her boyfriend Marshall upset and her best friend Ted very angry. He calls her a bad word on the phone to get Marshall off the couch.

The title of the episode is also very clever. The Grinch is played by Jim Carrey in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". It's a great Christmas movie. Difficulty: Average.

Robin's father wanted a son and intended to raise Robin as a boy. Therefore, as part of his plan to raise her as his son, he gave her the middle name Charles. Difficulty: Hard.

The gang travels around the city on New Year's Eve in a limo that Ted has rented for them. Ted brings along Marybeth, a girl from work he believes is into him because she's always finding ways to give him a hug. Barney also finds a date for the night at one of the parties they go to. Her name is Natalya. She has a Russian-like accent and seems like she loves to party. Difficulty: Hard.

Barney is always asking Ted to suit up, but he rarely does. A funeral is the only place that Barney does not wear a suit, as suits are full of joy. Difficulty: Very Easy.

 

Cut his hair, Get a spray tan, Get a shave

When the gang enters the casino, they say that they only have twenty minutes left of being unmarried. When Robin is getting a different outfit and Lily is getting the bouquet, the other three guys are about to go to get a veil, but Ted suggests that they gamble and just say they couldn't find one, and Marshall agrees. However, Barney decides to look for a veil, and gets it from a girl who wasn't ready to be married yet in less than two minutes, leaving the three eighteen minutes left to spend in Atlantic City having fun. Difficulty: Hard.

Most episodes start with Ted talking to his kids, and it says 2030 at the bottom of the screen. Difficulty: Average.

When Victoria and Ted try using fake names with each other to hide their identities, an excited Barney comes over and spouts Ted's name numerous times. Difficulty: Hard.

Throughout the entire episode, the gang calls Barney by the name "Swarley" because Chloe, the girl from the coffee house whom Marshall dates, mistakenly wrote "Swarley" instead of "Barney" on his cup of coffee. Chloe also called Robin "Roland", but Barney didn't succeed in making this name catch on. Difficulty: Hard.

Wendy the waitress has been a regular character on the show since season 1. Difficulty: Hard.

After Barney kisses Marshall he says, "Did Marshall give me the signal?" Marshall freaks out and swears to Lily that he did not give Barney the signal. Difficulty: Hard.

Robin and Ted, who had just recently started living together as roommates, found life very difficult as they fought over the smallest things like taking the trash out. They kept arguing and realized that when they have sex, they don't fight. Difficulty: Very Easy.
