So he killed Snape to become the real master of the Elder Wand, not knowing that Draco Malfoy had disarmed Dumbledore before his death, thereby becoming the master of the Elder Wand at the time.

Felix Felicis was a potion which was taught by Slughorn in Harry's sixth year. Harry won a small bottle of Felix Felicis because he prepared an excellent Draught of the Living Death (thanks to the notes of the Half-Blood Prince). When somebody drank it he would be very lucky for a day.
