Answer: an 80 year old

More completely, an octogenarian is one who has reached 80 years of age, but not yet 90, when they become a nonagenarian. The meaning of the word can be easily understood by the prefix "octa", which is associated with the number eight, such as an octopus (known for having eight arms).
2. Someone just called you operose. You're not sure whether you should be insulted or flattered. What did they call you?

Answer: industrious

You should be flattered. Something that is operose is "requiring great labor". By the same token, someone who is operose is industrious.
3. What is ophiolatry?

Answer: the worship of serpents

Ophiolatry is a snake-worshiping cult that can trace its roots back to around 1600 B.C. It is also tied to other religions such as Judaism and Gnosticism. Ophiolatry is also the name of a heavy metal band.

Answer: mineral wax

Ozokerite is a paraffin wax that is naturally occurring. It is classified as a mineraloid substance. It was mined extensively until the 1840s, when petroleum paraffin became more popular. It is also known as earth wax.

To obtenebrate is to cast a shadow over something. Alternatively, it could mean "to darken", like "shadowing". An artist who is filling in an area of a drawing might be obtenebrating.
