After Will tells Uncle Phil that he joined the poetry club, Phil asks Will which girl he has a crush on. Jazz then says, "Man, I'm starving. When do we eat here?" Phil replies, "We eat here later. You eat here never." Jazz then pokes Phil's tummy and says, "Looks like you eat here often." Needless to say, Phil doesn't take kindly to this.

After an unsuccessful endeavour at the mall to attract girls, Hillary remarks on how Jazz repels them instead of attracting them. He then gets too close to Hillary, and Uncle Phil throws Jazz out at Hillary's request.

After Will's date with Janet doesn't go well, he and Jazz get into an argument about how bossy Janet is. Jazz says, "I had to pawn her off on some sucker." Will wastes no time throwing him out.

There are actually two scenes where Jazz gets thrown out. This is the second scene where he replies, "I resent that," after Uncle Phil asks, "What kind of idiot would sell a car without insurance?" He technically gets thrown inside because he's already outside.

After Jazz gets Will arrested for $2000 worth of unpaid parking tickets because Will is moving away, the two initially break up, but eventually mend their relationship. As they're about to hang out at the mall, Will throws out Jazz for old times' sake.

When Jazz gives Vivian the pillow, Will sees that it has the name "Wendy Beth" on it. After Jazz compares it to having a person's picture in a wallet when they buy it, Will realizes Jazz stole it. Despite Jazz saying, "It's the thought that counts", Will throws him out and tosses the pillow with him.

After Will tells Hillary that Uncle Phil's going to be gone for a week at the supermarket, Hillary calls Vivian to throw Jazz out, only for Will to tell her that she's with Phil. Jazz is then introduced to the Banks' butler, Jeffrey Butler, the hard way.

When Aunt Vivian tells Jazz that he's not bringing a naked woman into the house, he replies that she doesn't come in naked. Aunt Vivian then throws him out.
