Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. 'Turnabout Memories': All of Phoenix and Dahlia Hawthorne's initial testimonies are five lines or more.

Answer: False

Both Phoenix and Dahlia each have a testimony that is only four lines - and in the case of the latter, the former INTERRUPTS with a line of his own!
2. 'Turnabout Memories': Is there ever a point where Mia only says Dahlia's first name without her last in dialogue?

Answer: No

Mia has a habit of giving Dahlia the Franziska treatment of using her full name! (Not only that, but every other one has "Ms." in front of it, too! Udgey and Winston are also guilty of this, but on a far lower scale.) Every once in a while she'll break it up with a typical "Ms. Hawthorne" instead, but she only thinks Dahlia's first name on its own three times total - any other time, it's STILL the full name!
3. 'The Stolen Turnabout': What stands out about Luke Atmey's Psyche-Lock segment compared to other first trilogy culprits?

Answer: He's the only one whose section is a lie.

Luke's section really highlights the Magatama as a secret detector (as opposed to a lie detector) as everything he claimed to have done (getting knocked out, for instance, while keeping an eye out for the Phantom Thief) is a complete lie, but he was still keeping it from Phoenix and Maya.

Of the three culprits who end up with locks on them (Mimi, Acro, and himself), Mimi has a single lock segment (as she is the introduction to it) and Acro also only has one segment of three (Mimi has two different ones).

Mimi and Acro did not fabricate anything asked about during their sections.

Mimi also holds the record of most evidence to present to a lock before it breaks, with three separate things. (Luke and Acro only have two.)
4. 'The Stolen Turnabout': What does this case do different from other cases that turn other situations into murder trials (or, in some cases, OTHER murder trials)?

Answer: The non-murder trial is on a separate day.

The Stolen Turnabout's theft trial ends on a separate day from the murder trial of Kane Bullard without Ron DeLite immediately being accused before it ends, pushing the murder to the next day. Compare to Turnabout Revolution, where the civil trial part of things immediately fuses with the murder part (for Archie Buff, whose murder was stated to be an accident originally).

While Luke is accused of both the theft and murder, they're both at the point where you expect them to be - not directly after a verdict (compare Athena Cykes at the end of The Cosmic Turnabout after Solomon Starbuck is rendered not guilty, or Sasha Buckler at the end of Turnabout Reclaimed when Orla Shipley is) as well as being on different days (compare Athena in Turnabout for Tomorrow dealing with the accusations of two different murders in the same session, though one started barely the day before). He has a separate trial running parallel to the main trial before being interrupted to drag him in.
5. 'Recipe for Turnabout': Which "MC Bomber" misnomer is the one that Maya brings up?

Answer: MC Screwdriver

MC Hacksaw is the one Maggey brings up, MC Hammer is the reference they make when trying to remember its name (as it's assumed to be some sort of music CD), and MC Drillbit does not exist. Maya even mentions MC Screwdriver once more after the initial guess.
6. 'Recipe for Turnabout': Viola Cadaverini's first name appears in her box the first time Phoenix and Maya meet her at Tender Lender.

Answer: False

In fact, her text box changes from "???" to "Violetta" because of what Furio Tigre calls her. It only changes to "Viola" the second time you go see her at Tender Lender, once Gumshoe tells you what her name is.
7. 'Turnabout Beginnings': How much is the diamond that Dahlia, Valerie Hawthorne, and Terry Fawles swiped from Mr. Hawthorne for their plan?

Answer: 2 million

It is stated a few times that, in fact, the diamond is worth 2 million. (Makes you wonder how they would split it evenly if everyone wasn't who they were...)
8. 'Turnabout Beginnings': Which one of these lines is most ironic for Miles Edgeworth to say, when considering his stance in Turnabout Sisters four years later?

Answer: "But even worse than that... 5 years later... ...Dahlia Hawthorne lost something much more precious. Her big sister. Ms. Fey must be insane to even suggest that she murdered her."

Miles threatening to screw Gumshoe over in his job or buttering up the Judge is absolutely not news. He's also still at the point of thinking that "doing the right thing" means "doing the right thing HIS WAY" which is still the von Karma way, so if he thinks keeping the evidence to himself means that the right verdict gets squared away, he would do it.

In this case, it's hilarious to see his him try and argue that a sister killing another is ludicrous here, when it's half the entire basis in Turnabout Sisters! Talk about a flip-flop!
9. 'Bridge to the Turnabout': How old do you have to be to go to Hazakura Temple by yourself?

Answer: 21

Maya tells Phoenix that they "have to be accompanied by someone over 20 years old" when the latter protests about having to go with the former and Pearl up the mountain.
10. 'Bridge to the Turnabout': When does Phoenix introduce himself to Sister Iris?

Answer: He does not ever introduce himself.

Iris springs up with five PSYCHE-LOCKS if Phoenix asks if they've met before, as she already starts referring to him by his name without him (or Maya, even) having told her what it is.
