"Final Fantasy VII" - Gold Saucer Quiz

GP is used for almost everything at the Gold Saucer, whether its using a save point, playing on the various minigames, riding attractions, and so on. However, the shop at the Ghost Square still uses plain old Gil.

Answer: 30000 Gil

The lifetime pass will allow entry to the Gold Saucer without ever having to pay again. The single pass costs 3000 Gil.

Answer: Cait Sith

Whilst this robot-cat-moogle-thing looks cute and innocent, it turns out Cait Sith is actually a spy for Shinra. Cait Sith is the only party member to have no more than two limit breaks.

Answer: Vincent Valentine

There are four characters who are able to go on a date with Cloud at the Gold Saucer; Barret, Tifa, Aeries, or Yuffie. However, only one is able to go on the date, depending on various choices the player makes up until this point of the game.

Answer: Omnislash

Omnislash is the final limit break for Cloud, and costs 32000BP or 51200BP, depending at what point of the game you visit the Battle Square.

Answer: 1GP

There are two opponents to choose from, the sumo wrestler and the wrestler, the latter being tougher to beat. The player will receive 2GP if the wrestler is defeated.

Answer: Masamune Blade

The Masamune Blade is a perfect copy of Sephiroth's iconic weapon, and serves no other purpose in the game aside from being a cool collectible key item.

As players progress through the ranks, prizes given upon winning each race will be much better, including items such as Counter Attack, Sprint Shoes, Chocobracelet, among others. Each prize can be traded for GP if the player wishes, for example the Cat's Bell can be traded for a whopping 500GP, making the Chocobo Square the best way to farm GP.

Answer: The Keystone

The Keystone is needed to gain access to the Temple of the Ancients. Players must enter an eight-stage battle in order to obtain the Keystone, although it doesn't matter if the player wins or not. However, winning all eight battles will net the player a Protect Test and a Choco Feather.

Answer: EXP Plus

This is the only way players can obtain an EXP Plus Materia and is known as "????" before it is purchased. The same applies for Gil Plus, which costs 1000GP.
