1. Which new character joins the party at Rocket Town?

Answer: Cid Highwind

Cid is age 32 during the events of the original "Final Fantasy VII", joining the party after Shinra try and steal his plane.

2. What is the name of the rocket seen in the distance?

Answer: Shinra No. 26

Shinra No. 26 was developed in an attempt to explore space, however the mission was aborted. The rocket just stands there as a constant reminder to Cid that he never got to explore space.

3. What is the name of Cid's plane?

Answer: Tiny Bronco

The Tiny Bronco is supposed to fly, however it is shot down by Shinra soldiers. The party can still use the plane as a mean of transportation but as a marine vehicle instead.

4. Which Shinra executive do you fight outside of Cid's house?

Answer: Palmer

Palmer is one of the easiest bosses in the game, and drops the Edincoat armour upon defeating him.

5. Before the rocket launches, speaking to the old man twice will give the player what?

Answer: Yoshiyuki

The Yoshiyuki's attack doubles if an ally is dead, and triples if two allies are dead.

6. After the rocket launches, speaking to the old man three times will give the player what?

Answer: Venus Gospel

The Venus Gospel is Cid's ultimate weapon, boasting 97 attack and eight linked Materia slots. The damage dealt depends on how full Cid's MP is.

Answer: The Rocket

The Huge Materia is located on the rocket, and is part of Shinra's plan to destroy Meteor by flying the rocket directly into it, Huge Materia included.
