Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. As far as melee weapons for basic attacks go, calling Naoto's weapon of choice "melee" is a bit of a stretch. What does Naoto use for basic "melee" attacks?

Answer: A gun

Naoto's critical hit animation with her gun is quite hilarious- she will shoot the target directly in the face three times, then follow up with a kick straight to the lower body. Despite obviously being a projectile, it is still considered Physical damage all the same.
2. Naoto's defensive resistance profile gives her large, and eventually impenetrable amounts of security against Light and Dark Magic. What is Naoto weak to?

Answer: Nothing

Despite being immune to Insta-kill Magic, and later even gathering an immunity to Fire, Naoto is the only member of the team to never at any point have a weakness. This is one of a few different things that make Naoto into arguably the best Investigation Team member of them all.
3. Naoto joins the story itself well before joining the team. Here, the way in which Naoto is introduced is very different to how the player would later know Naoto. What is assumed by the cast of characters regarding Naoto?

Answer: She is a man

Naoto's is introduced to the player being entirely referenced and thought of as a man. She dresses in male clothing, is referred to using he/him pronouns, and her title on TV as the Detective "Prince" further serves to reinforce this. Additionally, the name 'Naoto' is typically given to boys.
4. Naoto's learnable moveset is by far the most versatile on the entire team, giving her a bounty of offensive and support options. Which of the following is something Naoto can learn?

Answer: Megidolaon

Naoto can go in so many different directions with her moveset, that altering her moveset genuinely feels like a sandbox mini-game. She learns both Mind Charge and Megidolaon, and can easily use them to go on the offensive. She also learns Tetrakarn and Makarakarn, enabling her to defend her teammates from danger. Naoto is adept with instakill magic, receiving both Mamudoon, Mahamaon, and their respective boosting powers. Naoto can also try her hand at being a half decent physical attacker using Deathbound or Vorpal Blade. Finally, Naoto can even play the role of a poor man's Yosuke or Yukiko, as she starts off with Garudyne and Agidyne in her movepool, letting her exploit enemies with Wind or Fire weaknesses.

Simply put, where others on the team fall into "roles" and their optimal skill paths are straightforward, Naoto is more of a jack of all trades type teammate who can fit into virtually any team composition imaginable.
5. Who is Naoto's starting Persona?

Answer: Sukuna Hikona

Sukuna Hikona has no weaknesses and is resistant to Light and Dark. Sadly, his stats are quite bad despite providing an extremely versatile moveset, so any gear which will boost Naoto's stats is even more valuable than it would be on others with the team.
6. With many of Naoto's skills having high SP cost, it's good that her movepool includes an option to passively regain SP. What skill does this for Naoto?

Answer: Invigorate

Naoto starts with Invigorate 1, can eventually learn 2, and gains 3 via progression of her social. At its highest, Invigorate 3 will passively give Naoto seven SP every turn.
7. Naoto ends up getting kidnapped and thrown into the TV like many others. Unlike anyone else, however, Naoto intentionally facilitated this. As she is rescued, what does she tell the team?

Answer: She knew they'd rescue her

Essentially, Naoto took a series of steps to make herself into a target, got abducted as expected, but knew the team would eventually come to rescue her after seeing her on the Midnight Channel. Naoto aimed to expose the true killer in doing this, but failed to ultimately do so.
8. When evolving her Persona twice, Naoto will receive the Shield of Justice skill. What does Shield of Justice do?

Answer: Protect allies and self from the next attack

Shield of Justice is doubtlessly the most game breaking skill in this entire game- if the opponent lacks the means to take two or more actions for their turn, Shield of Justice can essentially stop this opponent from ever doing a single point of damage to the player's team, ever. When narrowing it down, that leaves Izanami-no-Okami and Margaret, the final boss of the entire game and the statistically hardest boss in the entire game, respectively. However, since the latter will generally open up with her hardest hitting attack before following up with a more modest offering, Shield of Justice will still massively impact that fight.

Shield of Justice's only shortcoming, costing a massive 160 SP to use, can be mitigated very easily. As such, Shield of Justice is easily Naoto's best, most generally useful skill.
9. Naoto's final stage Persona, Yamato Sumeragi, comes with a third immunity to supplement Naoto's stellar defensive profile. What does Yamato Sumeragi newly make Naoto immune to?

Answer: Fire

In addition, Naoto will now Repel Light or Dark rather than simply be immune to them. With three immunities and no weaknesses, Naoto's excellent defensive profile makes her astoundingly consistent at doing whatever the player needs her to do.
10. Should the player finish Naoto's social, they'll be able to fuse the Ultimate Fortune Persona. This one's a classic, a Persona or "demon" who Altus has been using in their video games since 1994. Referred to as the "Triplehead God of Light", who is the Ultimate Fortune Persona?

Answer: Norn

Norn gets some really good moves in its arsenal, learning Garudyne, Wind Amp, Auto-Masuku and Debilitate. Norn is actually one of just two Personas in the game who can naturally learn Debilitate, the other being Trumpeter. Unfortunately, Norn is weak to Electric and does not learn anything to help fight this, making a skill card a good idea should the player want to use Norn.
