Don't be amazed by the capitalization of several terms. I've capitalized the terms used in the game for specific notions, that may sometimes differ from the common meaning of the word in real life (for instance Food in "Civilization VI" is a specific quantity of Resources needed to feed your Citizens, and not what your chef serves you).
All in all, "Civilization VI" lists thirty World Wonders. A player can start building one of these after having researched a certain Technology or acquiring a certain Civic, and needs to specify a tile that fulfils certain requirements regarding the kind of tile (Plains, Hills, Rainforest, Desert...) and the adjacency to some other features.
Only one instance of each World Wonder can be completed. So if two Civilizations start building the same World Wonder, it will be credited to the one who completes it first, and the other gets a refund of part of the Production. Alas, if someone else is the first, you can't use the turns you have spent to try building the World Wonder for some other production.
Most of the World Wonders have to be completed before reaching a certain Era. For instance, the Oracle (referring to the Oracle of Delphi) has to be completed in the Ancient or Classical Era.
***CORRECT ANSWERS
The Colossus (referring to the one of Rhodes) is one of the four classical World Wonders present in "Civilization VI". It has to be built on the sea, next to a Harbor and next to a land tile. You can start building the Colossus after completing the research into Shipbuilding, and have to complete it before the end of the Medieval Era. It grants a free Trader and an extra Trade Route.
Another of the seven World Wonders of the antiquity are the Hanging Gardens (of Babylon). You may start building the Hanging Gardens after completing the research into Irrigation, but have to finish it before the end of the Classical Era. The Hanging Gardens must be built next to a river, and they grant your city two extra Housing.
Also present in "Civilization VI" are the Pyramids (of Gizeh) and the Great Lighthouse (of Alexandria). The Pyramids have to be built on desert (of course) and grant you a free Builder, extra actions for your Builders, and two Culture per turn.
The Great Lighthouse must be built on the coast next to a Harbor equipped with a Lighthouse, and grants you three Gold and a point to recruit a Great Admiral per turn. Moreover all your naval units move one tile faster.
You can start building Stonehenge after having researched Astrology. It grants you immediate access to a Great Prophet, who can found your Religion in Stonehenge instead of in a Holy Site. The location requirements for Stonehenge are flat land (Plains, Grassland, Snow, Tundra or Desert) next to a tile of Stone.
The Great Library (inspired by the one in Alexandria) can only be built after acquiring the Civic Recorded History and has to be completed before the Renaissance Era. The location requirements are flat land next to a Campus equipped with a Library. Once you have completed the Great Library, you get many perks: two Science and one Great Scientist point per turn, and two extra slots to display Great Works of Writing. On top of this all, it boosts all Ancient and Classical Technologies (nineteen in all, but you own already several of those).
Oxford University is a rather late World Wonder: it has to be completed before the Information Era (the very last Era in the game). You can start building Oxford University only after researching Scientific Theory. Oxford University can only be built on Grassland or Plains adjacent to a Campus equipped with a University. The benefits are the following: an increase of 20% of the Science in this city, two random Technologies, two slots for Great Works of Writing, and per turn three Great Scientist points.
The Mahabodhi Temple can only be built on woods adjacent to a Holy Site equipped with a Temple by a Civilization who has founded a Religion. You have to have researched Theology to do so. Once the Mahabodhi Temple completed, it will grant you two free Apostles and per turn add four Faith. The Mahabodhi Temple has to be completed before the Renaissance Era.
Potala Palace has to be built on Hills next to a Mountain. You need to have researched Astronomy. After completion (before the Modern Era), Potala Palace grants you one Diplomatic Policy Slot and per turn two Culture and three Faith.
After having researched Steel, you may build the Eiffel Tower on any flat tile (Desert, Grassland, Plains, Tundra or Snow) adjacent to a City Center. The Eiffel Tower has to be completed before you reach the final Information Era. It gains two Appeal for each and every tile in your entire Civilization (not only in the City you build it in). And a higher Appeal means also that placing a Neighborhood gains more Housing.
Bolshoi Theatre can be built on any flat tile adjacent to a Theatre Square (or an Acropolis if you play Greece). You need to research Opera and Ballet first. When completed before the Atomic Era, Bolshoi Theatre grants you the following: two random Civics, a slot for a Great Work of Writing and a slot for a Great Work of Music, and per turn two Great Writer points and two Great Musician Points.
As is also the case with Oxford University and with the Eiffel Tower, the Cristo Redentor has to be completed before the start of the Information Era and thus before the end of the Atomic Era. Cristo Redentor needs to be built on Hills and requires Mass Media. This World Wonder doubles the Tourism output of all your Seaside Resorts in your whole Civilization, and it annihilates the pressure on your Tourism output from Great Works or Relics by other Civilizations who have completed researching the Enlightenment Civic. Moreover, Cristo Redentor grants you four Culture per turn.
The only World Wonders you can still complete in the Information Era are the Estadio de Maracanha and the Sydney Opera House.
***INCORRECT ANSWERS
Three of the classical world wonders don't appear in the base pack of "Civilization VI": the statue of Zeus at Olympia (probably replaced by Cristo Redentor), the mausoleum of Halicarnassus (maybe replaced by the Taj Mahal) and the Artemis Temple in Ephesus (perhaps replaced by the Hagia Sophia).
Neither was there room for Machu Picchu, one of the seven new world wonders. In compensation one can build Chichen Itza, with more or less comparable properties.
Crystal Palace as the highlight of the famous World Expo in London 1851 also defaults. Instead we have the Eiffel Tower, symbol of the 1889 World Expo in Paris.
America has Broadway as a World Wonder in "Civilization VI". The iconic Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco is not included.
The World Wonder for Spain in "Civilization VI" is the Alhambra - not the Escorial in Madrid.
Russia has the Bolshoi Theatre and the Hermitage as World Wonders in "Civilization VI". So there was no room for the equally famous Kremlin.
Italy can boost the Colosseum and the Venetian Arsenal as World Wonders in "Civilization VI". No room for the Uffizi museum at Florence.
The Taj Mahal Is the Indian World Wonder in "Civilization VI". So although Sikhism is one of the preprogrammed Religions you can choose, the Golden Temple at Amritsar (the most famous highlight of the Sikh architecture) is not included.
