This creation, designed by Jean Paul Gaultier at Madonna's request, was unveiled during her Blonde Ambition tour which opened in 1990 in Japan. Madonna was wearing a pinstripe suit and a monocle necklace and upon launching into the song "Express Yourself", removed the jacket to reveal the now extremely famous pink cone bra and corset.
