Fun Trivia
George Gordon Byron, 6th Baron Byron (1788-1824) is more familiar to many as Lord Byron, who may be better known for his life than his poems. He was there when Mary Shelley wrote 'Frankenstein', because he had left England under a cloud of scandal, and was on his way to support the struggle for Greek independence where he was to die. The poems, however, form an enduring legacy.
