Located in St. Francisville, Louisiana, the Myrtles Plantation is sometimes called the most haunted place in the United States. It is an antebellum plantation that has survived the turmoil of war and time.
2. Who is the most famous ghost of the Myrtles Plantation?

Answer: Chloe

Chloe, sometimes referred to as Cleo, was supposedly a slave of Clark and Sara Woodruff. After she had her ear cut off, she supposedly poisoned and killed Sara and her two daughters.

Oleanders, which are very popular in the South, were baked into the birthday cake. According to legend, Sara and two of her daughters died after eating the tainted cake.
