There were four principal types of piseog: protective, romantic, for a good harvest,or a curse. It was believed that burying eggs on a neighbour's farm would adversely affect the milk yield.
2. With what art form is William Fox Talbot most associated?

Answer: Photography

He was a pioneer photographer and worked with a camera called a 'mousetrap'. Between 1844-46 he published the first book to be illustrated with photographs, 'The Pencil of Nature'.

This was the symbol of giving life or taking it away from lesser mortals.

It was a double-edged dagger worn by soldiers at their left side.

The reeve was chosen by the peasants to supervise their work. His stick was the symbol of his office.

Answer: Japan

This was a type of body armour or breastplate to protect the upper body. Skirts called kasazuri were added to protect the lower body.
10. Was Chamlet a medieval cloth?

Answer: Yes

It was the most widely used material for everyday garments. It was cloth woven from wool and goats hair.
