The Elves also went by the name of Children of the Earth. They were the first to be born on Middle Earth. They awoke under the stars and grew a love for them.

L�thien carried the gift of enchantment, enchanting Morgoth to allow Beren to cut a Silmaril from his crown. After the death of Beren she chose to become mortal and share his fate. She's the daughter of King Thingol and Melian the Maia.

Answer: Elves of the Twilight

Melian and Thingol were the first king and queen of the Sindar Elves. They lived in Menegroth, or The Thousand caves. Thingol and Melian met each other by accident. He was looking for his friend in the dwellings of Noldor. He began hearing the sound of Nightingales and then heard Melian's voice. He was never found by his own people and Melian never returned to her people.

Sauron tricked the Elves into thinking that he loved Middle-Earth and wanted it to be beautiful. He called himself Annatar, which means Lord of the Gifts. He thought he could decieve the Elves by forging a Ruling Ring to control all the rings. The Elves figured out what he was up to and hid their rings so Sauron could never rule them.

Answer: true

The Elven Rings are called Narya, Nenya, and Vilya. Sauron wished to possess them the most. Those who wore them could "ward off the decays of time" and "postpone the weariness of the world".

It was founded when Eregoin turned to waste, Celembrimbor died, and the Gates of Moria were closed. It's also called Imladris.

10. Who is the maker of the stars?

Answer: Varda Elent�ri

Elent�ri means "Star-Queen". She took the silver dew from Telperion and made new stars that were brighter for the coming of the Elves. Galadriel has a lament for her in L�rien.
